What to expect at your first appointment.

The initial consultation usually will take one to two hours. We will review your medical history and discuss what you hope to achieve through your consultation. You are welcome to bring a friend or relative with you to support you and take notes if you like. Please do not bring children or pets since they may detract from our time to focus on you.

I will request that you complete prior to your appointment a new client questionnaire detailing your medical history. If possible please bring lab results from the past year or two usually obtained from your PCP. Also bring pill bottles of your current medications and all your over the counter meds and supplements.

Making your appointment

Initial consultations are usually 1 to 2 hours in length. Follow up appointments typically are 1 hour or less.

1/2 hour $60
1/4 hour $35.

A credit card number will be requested to hold your appointment.

Payment: Cash, check, or credit card.

Cancellations: at least 24 hours notice is requested.
